Nestled beneath the towering sandstone cliffs of the Rims and along the banks of the mighty Yellowstone lies the largest city in Montana – Billings. With a burgeoning medical sector and booming oil industry, some call it a regional hub for commerce. We hope you’ll call it “home.”
Rising up to 1400 feet and visible from nearly every vantage point, the Rimrocks shelter the city below while providing breathtaking views and endless opportunities for adventure. Whether you like to walk, ride, hike or bike, the Rims have it all – and you can be there in five minutes or less.

Whether your day involves work or play, you can find most everything you need just steps from home. Enjoy your morning joe at The Annex coffee shop down the block or relax over dinner at The Fieldhouse Restaurant next door. A variety of other food and entertainment options are just a few minutes’ walk from your apartment.
If you prefer the beautiful outdoor recreation Montana has to offer, there’s plenty to enjoy. Escape the sounds of the city and find yourself in nature within a five-minute drive from here. Visit the cliffs and trails of the iconic Rimrocks to the north or stroll the banks of the mighty Yellowstone River to the south. Walking and biking trails are available throughout the city and in many of our spacious, wilderness parks. When you’re ready for a trip to the mountains, the interstate is just minutes away.
